Our Services

Nutrition Services

If you are worried about putting food on the table, Barnabas Center is here for you. We offer a well-stocked food pantry, free food at mobile food distribution events and a meal pack program designed to support young students. You just need to be 18 years of age with a photo ID and a Nassau County resident that can show proof of residency. We can help fill the gaps while you are going through tough times. Tuesday – Friday: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The Barnabas Center Meal Pack Program is currently only available to students enrolled in the Nassau County School’s Families in Transition (FIT) Program.

Health Services

Everyone should be able to access medical and dental services. Whether you need a routine check-up or urgent care, you can get compassionate health care from our qualified professionals for a flat fee of $10 per service. Barnabas Center also provides high-quality, low-cost dental services for everything from cleanings, to root canals, to dentures. You can even take advantage of health education to support your well-being. 

To qualify for our health services, applicants must be 18 or older, Nassau County residents, uninsured and meet certain income guidelines. You can find further qualifying details here.  Fill out our new patient form to get started. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at 904.261.7000.

Empowerment Programs

We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can cause serious setbacks in your life. That’s why Barnabas Center provides emergency financial assistance, empowerment programs and more. If you’re 18 years of age with a photo ID and a Nassau County resident that can show proof of residency, you are likely eligible for assistance that can help you stabilize your life.
